2. Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the online video course "Grade Like A Pro", a digital content accessible via streaming on the Systeme.io platform after payment completion.

3. Price and Payment

The course price is as indicated on the purchase page at the time of order. Payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. All payment methods available at checkout are accepted. The price is VAT-exempt pursuant to the flat-rate tax regime (art. 1, paragraph 54–89, Law 190/2014).

4. Purchase Procedure and Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded when the buyer completes payment through Lemon Squeezy. Within a reasonable timeframe from contract conclusion, and in any case before service delivery begins, the buyer will receive via email a contract confirmation on a durable medium, containing the essential order details and confirmation of express consent pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

5. Access to Content

Course access is provided through the Systeme.io platform. The buyer will receive access credentials via email after payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to share credentials or course content with third parties. Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate access revocation, without prejudice to the right to claim damages.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exclusion

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer ordinarily has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on non-material media when:

• the consumer has given prior express consent to the start of execution during the withdrawal period;
• the consumer has explicitly acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal;
• the seller has provided contract confirmation pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 7.

By completing the purchase, the buyer declares to have read these Terms and Conditions and expressly consents to immediate contract execution, waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal. This consent will be confirmed in the contract confirmation email sent after purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, audio, texts, educational materials) is the exclusive property of Simone Prinzi and protected by copyright law (Law 633/1941). Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or sharing of content, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The course provides educational content for educational purposes. Results depend on the personal commitment and application of each buyer. Simone Prinzi is not responsible for technical interruptions of the Systeme.io platform, as it is a third-party service.

9. Modifications to Terms

Simone Prinzi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Modifications will be communicated by updating this page. The Terms applicable are those in effect at the time of order.

10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

For any issues, the buyer may contact the seller at prinzi.business@gmail.com. The seller commits to responding within 14 business days. This contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the legislation of the consumer's country of residence apply.
